SWIM RETURN POLICY

Returns

We accept returns and exchanges on full-price swim items shipped within the U.S. You’ll have 14 days from the delivery date to submit a return request. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have all tags attached.

Sale or discounted items, international orders, and personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To begin a return, email adrianapappasjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive next steps. A $9 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We reserve the right to deny a return if items are not received in original condition. If a return is denied, it will be shipped back to you.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges on U.S. orders.
Email adrianapappasjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange for, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Returns may take up to one week to be processed once received. Approved refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 7 business days. Banks may take an additional 2–7 business days to post the credit.

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

We accept returns on unworn jewelry in original condition and packaging within 7 days of the delivery date. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we cannot accept returns outside of this window.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend purchasing insurance, as we cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Before sending anything back, email adrianapappasjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns postmarked after the 7-day window will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and notify you by email whether it’s approved. Approved returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Jewelry Care

To extend the life of your jewelry, avoid wearing it in the ocean, pool, or shower, and limit contact with water, perfumes, oils, and lotions.

Store pieces in a safe, dry place when not in use, and handle them gently to preserve their quality.
